Rooms & suites

Quiet layouts. Practical comfort.

Our rooms are designed around sleep, steady light, and the kind of silence you can actually notice. The weather stays outside. The city stays at a distance. The details stay consistent.

Approach

Designed for nights, not photos

We pay attention to what you feel at 2:00 AM: air temperature, light spill, hallway noise, and how quickly you can fall asleep again if you wake up. The look is restrained by choice.

Noise policy: quiet hours are respected. We limit loud gatherings and keep hallways controlled.

If you’re sensitive to sound, request an upper floor away from elevators.

Context

Rooms that match the weather

Vancouver’s light is indirect most of the year. We leaned into it: softer tones, low contrast, calm surfaces. The result isn’t dramatic — it’s stable.

Rain-softened streets and coastal skyline in Vancouver
Grey days are common. We built rooms that feel intentional in muted light.
Room types

Choose a room by rhythm

Instead of naming rooms with marketing language, we describe what they’re for: short stays, longer stays, deep rest, or working quietly.
